Can SH-Home support loads during a blackout?▾▾
A selected configuration can support designated essential circuits. Transfer behaviour, supported load and runtime are confirmed for the exact model and project.
How much solar can I connect to SH-Home?▾▾
PV input is confirmed in the selected model's datasheet. Size the array to your local sun hours and desired recharge speed; we match the inverter to your panel plan during RFQ.
Is installation complicated?▾▾
The inverter is built in (all-in-one). A licensed electrician connects it to your panel and configures the monitoring app. No separate inverter commissioning is needed for the all-in-one configuration.
What certifications and transport documents are available?▾▾
Documentation is verified per exact model and destination before order confirmation — for example IEC 62619 and UN38.3 / MSDS / shipping appraisal exist for specific confirmed models. We do not claim one blanket certificate for the whole family.
What does the warranty cover?▾▾
Coverage, start date, exclusions and the claim process are stated in the quotation and contract for the configuration you order. We confirm the exact terms before you commit.
Can I get my own branding (OEM / private label)?▾▾
OEM / private-label availability is subject to model-specific written confirmation from the factory. Minimum order quantity and branding method are confirmed per project during quoting.
