How many packs can I add to SH-Stack?▾▾
The number of modules and resulting capacity are not fixed at the family level. They are configured to your load and runtime and confirmed in the written specification for the selected configuration during RFQ.
Can SH-Stack power a whole property?▾▾
Coverage depends on the selected configuration and the property's load profile — sizing is confirmed per project against the actual circuits, not assumed from the product name.
Do I need to rewire to expand?▾▾
The expansion method — including any wiring changes — is confirmed against the selected configuration and the site's existing setup before ordering. No generic claim is made without the confirmed model details.
What certifications and transport documents are available?▾▾
Documentation is verified per exact model and destination before order confirmation. We do not claim one blanket certificate set for the whole family.
What does the warranty cover?▾▾
Coverage, start date, exclusions and claim process are stated in the quotation and contract for the ordered configuration.
Can I get my own branding (OEM / private label)?▾▾
OEM / private-label availability is subject to model-specific written confirmation from the factory. Minimum order quantity and method are confirmed per project during quoting.
