Coordination desk · not a repair shop

Installed and something is wrong? Send the model and fault code.

We are the China-side desk that classifies the issue, finds the right parts and documents, and coordinates with the supplier — so you know what is possible before spending money.

01 · Who this is for

Built for the people who own the installed system.

WHO

Installers, distributors, EPCs and O&M teams.

You sold, installed or maintain a China-made ESS system and now need China-side coordination. We support the professional — not the end consumer.

  • ✓You can read a nameplate. Model, serial number and fault code are your starting evidence.
  • ✓You hold the customer relationship. We coordinate behind your brand; we do not bypass you to the end user.
  • ✓You want options with evidence — not a promise that "any repair works".
02 · Problems we may coordinate

Four categories. Start with the right one.

01 / FAULT

Fault-code & issue classification coordination

We help classify whether an issue looks like configuration, component failure or firmware — and what evidence would narrow it down.

02 / PARTS

Spare-parts sourcing and compatibility evidence

Part number, PCB, module or display — identified from nameplate and revision data, with compatibility evidence before anything is offered.

03 / WARRANTY

Warranty & RMA document follow-up

Preparing the file set and following up with the China-side supplier on warranty claims and RMA documentation.

04 / REPLACE

Replacement equipment assessment

When repair is not economical or the correct part is unavailable, we assess replacement options based on the system information provided.

03 · Required information

The minimum file set for a useful first reply.

These fields are what we need to start. More evidence = narrower classification.

A

Identity

Brand, exact model, serial number (optional but recommended).

B

Symptom

Fault code shown, and a plain description of what happened.

C

Photos

Nameplate photo / APP screenshot / wiring photo.

D

Safety status

Is the system stopped? Any smoke, smell, swelling, water or abnormal heat?

04 · Safety stop conditions

If it is hot, smoking or swollen — stop and isolate first.

We do not provide remote instructions for live high-voltage disassembly, cell matching, pack modification or protection bypass. If any of the above conditions is present, the case stops at safety guidance and referral.
05 · What happens after submission

A tracked case, not a black box.

STEP 1

Initial review

Model, nameplate and fault code checked; safety status confirmed.

STEP 2

Classification

We classify the likely issue type and what evidence would confirm it.

STEP 3

Options & boundaries

Parts, documents or replacement paths — with evidence and responsibility boundaries.

STEP 4

Next step

Quotation, RMA follow-up or supplier referral — whichever is applicable.

06 · Compatibility / RMA responsibility boundaries

What we commit to, and what we do not.

  • ✓Preliminary issue classification based on the evidence you send.
  • ✓Sourcing coordination for spare parts and replacement options with matching evidence.
  • ✓Document follow-up with the China-side manufacturer or supplier on warranty and RMA.
  • ✕No on-site or remote repair execution. Final diagnosis, compatibility, installation and repair must be confirmed or performed by the manufacturer, supplier, or a qualified local technician.
  • ✕No repair or compatibility guarantee. Compatibility is stated with evidence, never assumed.
  • ✕No warranty decision. Warranty acceptance remains with the manufacturer or supplier under the original terms.
We provide preliminary issue classification, sourcing, and coordination support. Final diagnosis, compatibility, installation, and repair must be confirmed or performed by the manufacturer, supplier, or a qualified local technician.

07 · After-sales case entry

Open a case. Fields below build your first message.

Fill the form and the details are assembled into a structured email to our desk, or send the same set directly on WhatsApp. Nothing is submitted to a server until you press send in your own mail app.

Safety check: does the system show any of these — smoke, unusual smell, swelling, water ingress, abnormal heating, or exposed high voltage? If yes, stop using it, isolate the risk, and contact a qualified local technician or emergency service. Do not open the unit.

Pressing the button opens your mail app with the details pre-filled to jimmy@sunhongenergy.com. The form itself does not submit anywhere — you review and send from your own mail client, so nothing is lost or faked.

API mapping — reserved: AFTERSALES_ENTRY → CRM fields (Case ID, company, country, customer_type, brand, model, serial_number, fault_code, safety_risk, attachments, completeness, handling_direction, replacement_opportunity). This page ships static-only; no credentials or supplier pricing are exposed.
